Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book a service or buy a product from Clean My Car. By booking or ordering, you agree to them.

Our service

We clean cars at your home, apartment or office parking in the Bangalore localities listed on our website, using low-water and waterless products. Service availability depends on location, weather and slot capacity.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we confirm it on WhatsApp, SMS or a call. Please make sure we can reach your car: tell us the parking spot and car number, arrange security or gate permissions, and arrange key handover or be present for interior cleaning.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include GST. Premium Detailing prices are starting prices; we confirm the final price before starting work. You can pay online through Razorpay or after the service by UPI or cash.

Offers and referrals

• The ₹199 launch offer applies once per customer, mobile number and car, on an Exterior Quick Clean.
• Referral discounts (₹100) apply to a friend's first paid booking and are credited to the referrer after that booking is completed.
• Offers can't be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly and include the washes listed for your plan. Unused washes don't carry over to the next month. Pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date by messaging us.

Your car

Please remove valuables before the wash. Tell us about existing damage, loose parts or fresh paintwork. Very muddy cars may need a pre-rinse or a different service. We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, dents, paint defects or wear.

If something goes wrong

We take great care with every car. If you notice a problem, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we'll put it right. Except where the law says otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Weather

If it rains during your slot, we may reschedule at no charge. Our rain policy is described in the FAQ and Refund policy.

Shop orders

Shop products are delivered within Bangalore. Returns and refunds follow our Refund policy.

Governing law
